Below is a recent email i sent a client. Can you please advice on grammer errors, poor english, etc.

Dear XXX,

Thanks for the response.

With regards to P & L testing i have attached a spreadsheet detailing the invoices we would require. Would you be able to send us an electronic copy or would we need to visit the london branch to obtain a copy?

The referencing i have used is the batch entry number. If you cannot trace the invoice through the batch entry please advice which referencing method to use.

Thanks,
Englishlearner25

Hi,

Always use capital 'I' as the personal pronoun and also for the names of town and cities 'London'. 'Advice' is the noun and 'advise' is the verb. (corrected)

Alan,

Many thanks for your response.

I'm unclear what you mean by your last comment. 'Advice' is the noun and 'advise' is the noun.

I think he meant 'Advice' is the noun and 'advise' is the verb.

Hi Englishlearner25,

As Daemon has correctly pointed out (thanks for that), it should read: 'advise is the verb'.
