How is it going? I know that the capital of your country is Hanoi and that you have one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Thank for reply me soon and nice to talk with you. At present I'm living and studying in Hanoi, but I was born and grow in ThaiNguyen city, a small city in the North-east of Vietnam. I'm studying in the National Economics Universtity, a big university in my country. My speciality is environment economic. And as you know English is necessary for everybody, with me it really very necessary.
I hope this website will help me or anyone can mend the level of English.

Dear Torsten,
Yes, I agree with you that environment management is a very important issue, particularly in a present situation when temperature of the earth are rise and harm effects from greenhouse effect. I like study about environment economic because it help me calculate costs and damagers of environmental pollution, hence issue a really effect methods. About foreign language I want to learn Japanese, too.
So what do you think about the price of fuel at present ? And in your opinion, the price of fuel rise are beneficial or unbeneficial ?

Dear Quang,

You are right about protecting the environment. At some point in the future we will eventually run out of fossil fuels and by that time we will have to replace those energy resources with renewable alternatives. As for the rising price of oil, I think some people in oil rich countries such as Saudi Arabia and Russia are greatly benefiting from this development while many consumers are not. At least, they think they aren't. Of course the majority of people is complaining about the "oil crisis" (although it's not a crisis at all) because their fuel bills are growing.

What is the energy situation in Vietnam?

Dear Torsten,
Before the war Vietnam is a resource-rich country but because of damages of the war, develop resource excess, control and use resources ineffective, therefore nowaday resources of Vietnam are becoming exhaustible. Special is coal, from a export coal country, at present we've imported coal.
Price of fuel in my country are rise fast and it make difficulties for the Poor.
