Usage of 'working out of'

Can someone please tell me if the following sentence sounds OK?

John is working out of Green Valley Facility in London.

Here Green Valley Facility is the name of the office John is working in.

Yes, you can use "working out of" that way.
I'd say "work out of" can generally be used when a company or organization has more than one location, and/or the employee often does work outside the location where their desk is located. I think you'll also tend to hear this when people work from home.

- Zrucky works out of the legal aid agency's South Central office.
- Mary, who has no employees and works out of her living room, managed to earn over $200,000 last year.
