How long to prepare for an exam? Thu Mar 31, 2005 18:31 pm  How long to prepare for an exam?

That's a very general question because you would have to define 'study'. Also, what exam are you talking about? The GMAT or another test?

How long? Sun Nov 20, 2005 23:37 pm  How long?

Well, if it helps, I started studying for the GMAT in August of 2003 and took the test in November of the same year... I guess that makes three months of study for me. I spent several hours every day (after work) grinding away.

Having taught English for a number of years made the English part rather easy, but the quant side gave me a bit of trouble. I ended up with an OK score though, so all was good in the end! Smile
