Hi,

Is anyone of you familiar with the language learning skill groups suggested by by the Illinois Board of Education? For example, there are the skill groups vocabulary builder, grammar, developing conversational English, words recognition, and developing comprehension.

Does anyone happen to have a complete list of those skill groups?
I'm asking because I'd like to match the materials on our site with the skill groups suggested by the Illinois Board of Education?

Many thanks,
Torsten

You can probably find information on them somewhere here:

http://www.isbe.state.il.us/bilingual/htmls/elp_standards.htm

They don't look to me as if they differ much from the EU standards. They may be calibrated differently.
