if italized means details of something than why is it wrong if we write detailed.

Detailed means giving a full account/description. Itemized, as the word suggests, means giving details of the different items or phone calls made and is therefore the right word here.

The use of detailed doesn't work in this context. If you have a telephone account which is detailed, it means that there is a lot of informatrion on the account. Itemized is giving specific information on the calls you have made both when they were made and how much they cost.

I think detailed and itemized are not same meaning. itemized means listed order by some information and in this context, mainly purpose is to arrange information
