One of the biggest teams of football is Dinamo of kiev. I think their primer minister is a woman, but I am not sure. Their names usually end with "chenko". Ukrainia is also a little country in europe.

Well, you can call a European country with area bigger than France "a little country in Europe"...

Hello Viktor,
As a person of former socialist country(I'm from Bulgaria) I know a few about Ukraine. In the past we had many tourist from your country. Unfortunately they decrease in number but many of them still like to go here(especially on the Black sea coast).
What is interesting some of my trends married to Ukrainian girls. One of them do this a few months ago. Also I had best friend from your country with whom we shared one room.
I use to be in Odessa and Sevastopol but I've never been in Kiev which as I hear is a very beautiful city and I'm planing to visit them some time.
Now I live in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria and I haven't opportunity to meеt many Ukrainians here.
It will be my pleasure to exchange some information with you about the city, country etc.

Hi there,
I am really sorry to say that I don't have any clue at all about Ukaraine except through history lessons a long time ago when I was in school and which I have forgotten (don't forget that I'm 60 years old this year). So the only visions I have of Ukraine are the ones logged in my memories of beautiful girls in beautiful colourful dresses, men in fancy black and white attire playing music during summer.
Reading about it now, the disasters and the good things makes me wonder how remote we are to the outside world. I can't even fathom its vastness and its environment. Our closest country which we normally go to for university education is Fiji and to us its huge and modern. But compared to your country its nothing at all. So you can imagine what its like to learn all about something you can't comprehend. Our small country is only a low lying coral atoll which is almost the same level as the sea surrounding it.
Films and radios are helping us to learn more about the outside world but I wish I could personally go visiting places with my students.
Hope you are not too disappointed Mr. Victor about my lack of knowledge about your country. You won't be the first or last either because I am too....(what do you call it....not dense hopefully).........just too limited. Ha, thats a better word for it.

Hi Victor,

Good to hear anything about your country. Ukraine. I and could be Indonesian people think that Chernobyl is part of Rusia/USSR not Ukraine. Any statement about Ukraine is "nothing" to do with the Chernobyl. Secondly Ukraine is now free country, no longer part of USSR/Rusia, and struggling for improving its economy and development.

Since Russian took over Ukraine for about 50 years, Russian language shall be used for all communications in office, university, school, gathering etc. And as a free contry Ukraine and other ex-USSR contries has struglgling too to start using its own language, culture and anything like for its people. Victor, appreciate if you could tell us more about this.

Should you or anybody else wants to know more about Indonesia, I will be happy to help.

Cheers,

Hi Victor. I am Cristovam and I am from Brazil. I live in Recife, a large city from north-east of my country.
I`m retired of Banco do Brasil. I like play tennis, snooker and I have tried to learn English, that it is a hard task for me. Sometimes a think I`m incapable to learn English. But I insist in this statement because I consider it very important for my life. I like to undergo studying English. It`s better than to drink a lot.Another thing that I am passionate is my beach house. As you know Brazil is a tropical country. The sun is bright all the year. I love stay there.
Now about you and your country. I admire the person that play any instrument. You play guitar. It shoud be pleasant. To be a poetry it is to know to express deep feelings. Congratulations for it. As for Ukraine I know It belonged to the Sovietic Union. Nowadays it is independent country. It should be a great nation. Regards, Crstovam.

Hi, Victor.
I am native Ukrainian. But I live in Czech Republic from 1992. You speak about your generation. My generation is generation of emigrants. Half of my class mates living outside Ukraine.
You wonder what kind of information we have about Ukraine. Not much. A lot of information was about gas problems and Ukraine-Russia conflict, Orange revolution and Victor Uschenko toxication.
Some Czech people are interesting about travelling to Ukraine especially to Carpathian area, but they afraid of Ukrainian security.
I wish to you and your “generation” to make Ukraine better and friendlier to live in.
Julia.
