Hii.. I need some help: I need to title a text that describes a training given by the company I work at to its employes. Should the title be "Staff Training" or "Personnel Training"? Which one is better?

thanks..

I prefer "Personnel Training" or "Employee Training". To me, staff may not include all employees, only a certain elite group (like managers and key personnel).
