With or without “of”

Dear friends

When we write the laboratory name we belongs to, I saw someone has written it in one of the following ways

1. Laboratory of Bio Measurement Technology

2. Bio Measurement Technology Laboratory

Can someone teach me which one is correct or otherwise which is more appropriate?
If one is better than the other please kindely tell me why it is.

They are equally fine, Nakamura-san, with some small adjustments:

1. Laboratory of Bio-Measurement Technology
2. Bio-Measurement Technology Laboratory

Your management probably has a preferred or standardized version, doesn't it? If not, it should decide on one or the other. I would use #2, I think, because it saves a preposition which could otherwise be argued about ('for' is also possible in #1).
