I have recently read a sentence. I understand the meaning, but just wonder whether it is grammatically correct.

'We can see Shirley individually as the cases not many for these two year end unlike October year end.'

I agree - I can't make any sense out of it at all. You said you can understand the meaning, so could you write it using different words to explain it.
