i found this example at logman dictionary but i doesn't expalin the reason:

the fishermen called to the men on the shore.
i know that it's imposible to say call + to+someone, but in the dictionary appears, could you tell me what it really refers? thanksss

Hi rlopez,

I don't understand why you think it's impossible to say 'call + to + someone'.

It simply means that the fishermen (who are in a boat, I would guess) are calling to the men on shore. Here 'calling' means 'speaking' or 'talking', not 'calling' as in with a telephone.

If you're talking about using a telephone, then yes, we don't say "I'm calling to him', but "I'm calling him.' However, in some circumstances, 'calling' can just mean to talk loudly in order to get somebody's attention, or to make yourself heard over a longer distance.
