Hi,
Possibly a question of scale or proportion. I can imagine a presenter at a TV show asking the audience: Is everybody enjoying themselves? And the hosts at a dinner party asking: Has everyone got something to eat?

| Perhaps a question of scale or proportion. I can not imagine a host of a television program he asked his audience: Is everyone having fun? And it offers a dinner to ask: Does everyone have something to eat? |
