About TOEFL® IBT essay: Can I give my opinion in combination of both preference?

guyz i wanna ask about toefl IBT essay that can i give my opinion in combination of both preference. Means if i am ask to be agree or disagree, can i write that my opinion is a combination of these two. i do not completely agree or disagree so my opinion is bla bla bla. help me, because i usually write in combination!!!!

My teacher always tells be that I should choose only one of the 2 options.
I know that you can absolutely agree or disagree with some statement, but this is the requirement.
