What are the qualities of a good teacher.
Most important qualities a teacher must have are- she /he must be a good listener,treat all students in the same way regardless of there grades ,good rapport between student and teacher is a must.
For example,some teachers consider students who score good marks in the class ,and they will take a special care of good students and leave out poorly performing students .This quality may bother many students and some students won't consider that subject or teacher.
A student with good grade may develop over confidence and may misuse such authority .So ,teacher must treat all students in same way.
She/ he must encourage all the students and treat them in the same way.
Good rapport between students and teacher helps in organising students in a good way.She/he is considered as a parent in the school,she/he should teach students dicipline next to parents .
She must be optimistic, and support the students whenever they are in trouble.
Teacher plays an important role in developing good behaviour of student.
So my conclusion is, a teacher must be supportive ,and optimistic.

Qualities of a teacher that work with small children? First of all, he/she needs to have a great deal of patience because his/her work involves to build up children's knowledge.
