Writting skill reminder to everyone who are interested!

I would like to remind one thing which one of our team members has already discussed it about a couple of days ago. In his composition he insisted us to improve our english through writing skill and most of the members were agreed on his wonderful idea. I was so pleased to read about his writting skill views. However, i tried to make an effort to support his views but it seems like to me that everyone is ignoring and doesn't bother about this concept now.

I wrote few composition for the correction but it seems that no one does bother and makes effort to correct the mistakes. I really don't know what to do. I think writting a composition gives to my english a great improvement. Can anyone suggest me what should i have to do????
