Where do we use "to be + verb+ing/verb3" or "being + past form of the verb" ? Like "to be enjoying" ,"to be enjoyed" ,"being enjoyed"?

.
I'm not sure that I can answer that fully. Here are examples, though:

I am enjoying the party.
I was enjoying the party when the water main suddenly ruptured.
The party was enjoyed by everyone there.
This cupcake is to be enjoyed when you find yourself alone.
It looks like the roller-coaster is being enjoyed by all the kids in the class.
