OK folks, I'll try.
Presumably the weather forecaster had finished his forecast following a long period of very good/sunny weather, and ended by saying that the good weather was coming to an end.

He foretold the coming of the bad weather by saying, " And then of course our old friend Mr. Rain will be turning up tomorrow. It was a light-hearted comment, not to be taken too seriously.

Hi, I want to try help to Khanhphamqn, even if i think that Kitosdad explained that quit well.
So Khanhphamqn I'll try: it is better to say that at the morning people will find sun in the morning. And till the end rain will back in (town, etc.) again. So don't forget your umbrella!
Hope it will help.

And i have a question to Alan My answer here was repeats. Why can not I use it here. Because I thought thatin this sentence both answers (repaets, returns) will be correct.
