TOEFL IBT rescoring

Do you know someone who gets a better grade during rescoring?. I just received my scores. Sad to say it's still 23 for the speaking part, this is my 3rd take.I really don't know what to do...please advise

i dont know much abt rescoring bcos this is the first time i am taking exam.but many of my friends took already.and they got even 25 and cant make 26.the only thing they told is repeated practising and one of my friend got thru recently.so gud luck

Hi! I have heard from some people (yes, these are just hearsay) that appealing for a rescoring may not be a good idea. They say very few are able to get a higher score; worse, others even get a lower score. I don't know the details so I suggest you do some more research/ survey on the matter.
