It depends on the accent you want. One attractive option is the Midwest USA option. Our vowels are sort of a mixture of Spanish vowels and German/Scandinavian vowels:
U : oo E: ee A: A (the Spanish "e") I: aii (the Spanish "ai", extended) O: oh (there is no "eh" in "o"!)
We don't mess around with a vowel's true nature -- we do not round the vowels... we tend toward long, hard, straight vowel pronunciations.

Now I realize what I've asked for is about Tongue Twisters... These are very difficult to pronounce, please see the following:
Fuzzy wuzzy was a bear Fuzzy wuzzy had no hair Fuzzy wuzzy wasn't very fuzzy was he?
She sells seashells by the seashore. The shells she sells are surely seashells. So if she sells shells on the seashore, I'm sure she sells seashore shells.
Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. Did Peter Piper pick a peck of pickled peppers? If Peter Piper Picked a peck of pickled peppers. Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck. If a woodchuck could chuck wood? He would chuck, he would, as much as he could. And chuck as much as a woodchuck would. If a woodchuck could chuck wood.
A skunk sat on a stump and thunk the stump stunk, but the stump thunk the skunk stunk.
A tutor who tooted the flute tried to tutor two tooters to toot. Said the two to their tutor: "Is it harder to toot, Or to tutor two tooters to toot?"
I bet there are more and more other Tongue Twisters... Could some native speakers record and share to me in particular and everybody in general?
