Hi Alan,
Thanks for that. The document I'm translating contains amendments/additions to the application for "Recertification" as authorized provider. In other words, I'm looking for the title of a document.

- amendments to the application for xxx recertication as authorized provider
- Changes to the application 'XYZ' neccesary for authorised certification.?
Torsten I don't like the re.. aspect and wonder how relevant it is to the content - but this version seems simplest to me. Changes could be 'improvements' but changes is simple and generic. |

Hi Jamie,
Thanks a lot for your message. The 're-' aspect is very important since the company has been an authorized provider for several years and they have to be 're-certified' on a regular basis. It's an application to become an authorized provider. There is no 'authorized certification'. The document contains additional information that should have been included in the initial application so, 'additions' is probably a good term.
