Hello,
The correct phrase is NOT "agrees to stay civilian." 'Civilian' is one of the answer choices but the correct answer for the phrase is "agree to stay/be civil."
A civilian (noun) is: "one not on active duty in the armed services or not on a police or firefighting force."
Civil (adjective) means: "civilized (civil society) b: adequate in courtesy and politeness: mannerly (a civil question)"
