Can you please let me know what you think of this translation:
Determining the required resources is part of the product development process as well as the realization of the planned training programs.

This is the original German sentence:
Die Festlegung der notwendigen Ressourcen ist Bestandteil sowohl des Produkt-Entwicklungsprozesses als auch der Durchführung der geplanten Maßnahmen.

Hi Ralf,

Thanks a lot for your translation which looks very good. The only question I have is this: Would you translate "Resourcen" with "expenditures"? I mean, a resource can be anything that is already that has already been purchased by the company. In other words, you may use resources without spending any additional money on requiring them.
