Dear Mr...

Actually, I have learned English to contunue my Master degree in Australia. Instead, I understand about 70% when people speak english to each others on the other hand I have not confident my with writing, speaking as well.

I need your help.

Hi Ferreira,

It's as simple as this - the more you know, the more you understand. Reading, writing and listening practice will also have a positive effect on your oral performance. This takes time, but the more work you put into it (exposure to authentic sources), the more proficient you will become.
