How can I improve my speaking skills?

i don't know how to say it but really i've problems in speaking english
so i would like to ask for help :oops:
if you know some sites in which i can find what i'm seeking
i would like to meet some english natives and have the opportunity to speak with them
cause you know even if s.one have vocabulary but without practicing the language we can not master it.
i'll be be really happy if you could guide me to find what i'm searching.
