But I badly need TOEFL Listening Conqueror full version. If someone has this software he doesnt need any further materials for toefl for it provides a large numbers of listening passages.

The differences between our materials and TOEFL Listening Conqueror are the following:
- It is free and LEGAL to use our materials.
- It is a violation of basic copy rights to use TOEFL Listening Conqueror unless you buy a copy of it. (Which you obviously don't intent to do otherwise you hadn't asked your question.)
- You need to find, download and install TOEFL Conqueror. (This will cost you time, energy and quite some effort).
- You can use our materials immediately for free without downloading or installing anything.
