This is the German original sentence:
Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte unserer Kurse liegen hauptsächlich im kaufmännischen Bereich.

I can never comment on the translations, but putting a singular noun on one side of the copula and a plural noun on the other is always a recipe for awkwardness.
