Dear Amal,

Many thanks for your message. As for the tenses, maybe you should do them one step at a time. You can start with the simple present tense here.

Let me know what you think.
Regards,
Torsten
PS: Please take the test again and try to get 10/10.

Hi Torsten,
Thank you for your answer.
The story is interesting and i recognize that i have a little bit a worrier character :)
Torsten, i have some questions: Why we do not add 's' to verbs in these sentences:
- other thing happen(s) too...
- people often fall(s) in love...
- Lots of creature start(s) to wake up and make(s) a lot of noise.

Many thanks.
Amal

PS: i took again the test ans i got 10/10

Hi Amal,

The sentences you posted have all plural subjects (they). We don't add an "s" after they. For more information, please read Simple Present.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Torsten
PS: Your sentence should read Other things happen too...
