or

The service is provide to all five people - ....... - collectively

collectively, should it be before - (addition information)- or after - (additional information).

Both sentences are wrong, because they should say "the service is provided.

I can't really answer your question unless you give us full sentences. When you just write ".........", it's hard to imagine what you think is in that position.
