Thanks a lot for your suggestion. The problem is that there are several separate quality management instructions each of which addresses a specific issue. Let's say, there are 15 individual instructions that make up the Quality Management Guideline.

The reason I wrote "Guidelines" (i.e. plural) is that that can conceivably be applied to a list of required steps in a procedure/process.

It's often tough to come up with the "perfect" translation without all of the context, but here is another suggestion:

- The Process of Quality Management

What about a more substantial deviation from the original German word:

- How to Manage Quality

TQM is also a well-known concept, so you might consider this:

- The TQM Process

Thanks a lot for sharing your ideas which are great. It's just that in this particular case we are talking about a number of documents that all describe one individual part of the entire Total Quality Management Process and that's what a Qualitätsmanagementverfahrensanweisung is meant to be. Many Qualitätsmanagementverfahrensanweisungs describe and define the entire quality management process.
