"I do not get up late, I get up early". If I'm not mistaken 'late' and 'early' in this sentence are both adverbs not adjectives. Is that correct?
In case I'm not I suggest to substitute that sentence to avoid misunderstandings.

C is right, it is a relative relationship between early and late.

That depends on the time you go to bed. You need enough sleep for good health.
