Hi,

Instead of just saying or writing 'this sounds interesting' would it be OK to use the phrasee 'this sounds tantalizing'?

How do you like that expression and how does it compare to 'this sounds intriguing'?

Many thanks,
Torsten

Hi Torsten,

'Tantalising' has an air of mystery and a touch of wickedness about it in that it seduces you into doing whatever your imagination can lead you.

Hi Alan,

Thought you were off on your trip already :-). Thanks a lot for your quick response. Can you please also tell if there is a difference between 'all of this sounds intriguing' and 'all this sounds intriguing'?

Regards,
Torsten
