I have problem with TOEFL essay part

I am going to take english exam end of this month. I have problem with essay part..i am confuse about how to start essay and what to write ..Please help me.

Dear Sim,

It's probably a good idea to read sample essays to see how other people start their compositions. As you know your TOEFL essay should contain three parts - an introduction, the development and a conclusion. In the introduction you have to try to catch your reader's attention as fast as possible. You can achieve this by using a quote, expressing a provocation, presenting surprising facts and statistic, etc.
