Now a days in this busy world,all are busy doing some or the other job. People are preoccupied with the work around them ,now the question arises is that whether it is more important to work at a job that we enjoy than it is to earn a lot of money? I strongly feel that it is more important to work at a job to earn money because of the following reasons mentioned below.

Firstly, in this competitive world we should give our best to reach the pinnacle of success so we do lot of hardwork and put our best in all the tasks we undertake,we do so as we need to maintain good profile in the company and to seek the growth in the domain we are working in and also for the prosperity of the company as well .The most important characteristic in work culture in any firm is to be serious towards our work and to complete it ontime.Seriouness comes when we have lot of responsibilities , as the grade of the profession increases, the salary also increases and in the same fashion responsibilities also increases.On the other hand undertaking any tasks without any seriousness will fetch nothing neither to him nor to the firm.
Secondly, earning lot of money means developing our standard of living in the society.Thirdly,when we have lot of money we will be in the situation to buy all kinds of luxuries,this leads to comfortable and happy life.For example,if we take a newly married couple whose financial background is not so good,now question arises is that whether they opt for a job which is enjoyable or to the job where they can earn lot of money? It is very clear that they will opt job through which they can earn lot of money to improve their standard of living and also for their survival in the society, to lead a happy life.

Till now we saw only one side of the coin,if we see other side we can find a few negative points like lacking self satisfaction in the job which they work for earning lot of money.If we require self satisfaction then people should work at a job that they enjoy.

I would like to concludeby stating that we cant ignore the fact that money plays a major role in everyones life. If we think in a boarder perception, almost all people in the world work to earn money and give more importance to the job which pay them high.So considering the above statements I strongly feel that it is more important to work at a job where we can earn lot of money.
