If you knew when your last meal would take place, and you could afford to eat whatever you wanted... what would your last meal be?

I would eat a little of a lot of things, like:

- A small cheeseburger
- A bit of chicken massala
- A bit of rib-eye steak
- A small Philly cheese steak sandwich from Pat's
- A tiny steak & pork burrito w/ lettuce, sour cream, beans, etc.
- A bit of sesame chicken over lo mein
- A bit of cannelloni smothered in mozzarella and marinara
- A small slice of Chicago-style pizza
- A small Reuben sandwich with extra Russian dressing
- A bit of my girlfriend's cheesy asparagus casserole
- A single barbecued babyback rib
- A buffalo wing with blue cheese dressing
- A bite of succulent ham
- A bite of my mom's mashed potatoes

If I still had room left, I'd want creme brûlée for dessert.

To drink: vanilla malt

What would you eat?

If I was dying, realistically, I don't think I would have the appetite, I think. But while in the last moment that I am still strong enough to eat, I think it would be lovely to eat my mother's cooking.

And I suppose I would also want to eat some of the forbidden food. Wink

I absolutely hate hummus, tabuleh and any of those really garlicky Arabic foods. I don't even like to be in the same house where they've been eaten.

I like most of their stuffed dishes, like stuffed grape leaves (dolma), stuffed zucchini, etc., but I can't bring myself to try pacha, which is stuffed lamb stomach. It looks disgusting.

Is it garlicky foods you don't like, or just arabic garlicky foods?

Because of the bad smell.

Pizza:

New York style (fairly thin)

Italian style (ultra-thin), or

Chicago style (deep, with the sauce on top)

?

My vote is for Chicago-stylle deepdish. It is so rich and filling, and you can actually taste the sauce... which IMO is an asset.
