web-page is a resource of info that suitable for WWW(world wide web) which create by HTML. Create it? you need to know how to write HTML in notepad, which include writing code and stuff like that, then save it as html extension. Maybe this help you out?

create your own page?? Well, that depend on how you want to it be hosted? decide if you want to host your own page or host on third party..for example, myspace.com or hi5.com and even facebook.com from these three site, it is easy to create your own, you don't have to write a code or anything, they'll do it for you. I think that the best way to create your own page. However, if you want to open a business, hosting your own page will be a good way, but that would take some effort.

A webpage is a part of a website. Usually, a website consists of a number of webpages. For example, www.english-test.net is a website which has a number of webpages. Each webpage has its own web address which also called URL (uniform resource locater). The URL of our forum is http://www.english-test.net/forum/

Hope this helps.
Thanks,

A web page or webpage is a resource of information that is suitable for the World Wide Web and can be accessed through a web browser. This information is usually in HTML or XHTML format, and may provide navigation to other web pages via hypertext links.

Web pages may be retrieved from a local computer or from a remote web server. The web server may restrict access only to a private network, e.g. a corporate intranet, or it may publish pages on the World Wide Web. Web pages are requested and served from web servers using Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).
