or

Thanks for the quick response.
None, I think.
The campus environment is created by the heads of the university and consists of sports activities, libraries and more. So far, so good, right? What I meant was that the university should grant both ramifications with an equal amount of money, thus maintaining a stable environment. I hope that made sense.
By the way, thank you for pointing out my typo.
