Could you please clarify what you mean by CS and IS? Are you talking about computer science? as a major? I take it with MS you are referring to a master of science degree? As for your second question, if you have taken the GMAT you will be able to apply for most of the training programs offered by US universities provided your score is acceptable. Having experiences in computer programming languages is always a plus for various reasons.

Hi Rakesha,
I was doing some research on GMAT vs GRE and I got to know that if you are strong in Math and English is your second language then you might try for GMAT on the other hand if you are good in english and good in math then you should go for GRE. I think in GRE the englist vocab , anotynms etc are a little difficult. I am still thinking if i should give GRE or GMAT.
I would appreciate is anyone can throw light on this as i plan to do a graduate program and not a MBA .
Thanks Jshree |

| The GMAT is toward the students who wants to apply to a economic master degree. However, if you want to join in a program of economic theroy, you don't need to get the GMAT. |

GMAT is designed for MBA applicants. GRE is much more general.
In general, GRE is harder then GMAT, so if you don't have to take GRE take GMAT.
