PBT GRE®

I am going to appear PBT test of GRE. I am quite sure I can save time during the Quantitative section. My question is that I can use this time for other section or not?
Because the time for verbal section is hard to manage.

GRE is administered all over the globe in many countries. It is offered in 2 formats; Paper Based Test (PBT) and Computer Based Test (CBT). PBT usually offered at centers only when CBT can not be administered at that center. GRE CBT is an adaptive test, which means you response of the current question determines the difficulty level. PBT are a different that they are not adaptive, they have fixed set of question and you can work on the question which you have skipped.
