I received a job interview invitation last October 1 and until now I haven't replied to it. I am in Singapore right now so I cannot attend to their requested date which is on Monday (October 6) and my flight back to the Philippines is on October 7. I wish my reply to be professional and polite. Below is my letter draft. I hope you could correct any grammatical errors and if you have other suggestions that may improve my letter, I’d be really glad.

Dear Ms. Abigail Sevilla,

Good day!

Thank you very much for the opportunity of a personal interview. I'd be delighted to discuss with you further my application for the Accounting position.

However, I regret to say that I cannot attend on your requested date because I am in Singapore right now and my flight back to the Philippines is on October 7. I hope to reschedule the interview on October 9 or at any date later to your convenience.

I apologize for any difficulty this rescheduling may cause and look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

My Name
