Hi Cisco,
Could you provide some context where you saw this? To me, it doesn't make much sense.
A lotto is another term for a lottery, and a toad is of course an amphibious animal similar to a frog.
Although it doesn't make much sense, I guess a toad lotto would be a lottery involving, run by (:wink:), or awarding toads??? Perhaps somehow using toads to pick one's lottery numbers.
Definitely need some context for this one. :? _________________ Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow.
