Hi,

When you see a person face to face, which of the following would you rather use?

1. "It's a long time I haven't seen you."

OR

2. "It was a long time I hadn't seen you."

Thanks in advance,
Rasooljafarinejad

Neither.
A few options are:
It's been a long time since we've seen each other.
I haven't seen you in such a long time!
It's good to see you again after so long!
