Hi,

Good news for English learners in East Germany. The radio station "Sputnik" which was founded in the GDR in the 80ies has introduced an English language news bulletin. This means instead of reading the news in German only, they also employ native English speakers to read the news in English.

I think this is an excellent idea since the target group of Sputnik are young listeners. What is your take on this?

Regards,
Torsten
