Nowdays, as the status and the standard of people gets increased, they prefer to get only the best items or products from the store along with enough customer satisfaction.Nonetheless, people hesitate to complain about a products or service,if they are not up to their satisfaction. In my opinion i prefer to make complaints in writing rather than in person. If we make it in a document form, we can use it as an evidence,in case if we need it in future. Moreover,i feel that we can organize and express our feelings and ideas very effectively by writing instead of talking through phone or by person.

The foremost reason, why i prefer to make complaints in the for m of writing is because, we can use our written script as our evidence.Suppose, if we and the seller do not reach a good agreement, we might file a case in the court,so under such circumstances our document plays a vital role more than anything else.Even, the lawyer, who works for us might ask for the document first. Thus, i feel that written script might act as a key for winning our case.

The second reason, which makes me to support for writing a complaint is because we can organize and express our thoughts effectively, without any struggle. What i mean is that there is a possiblity that we might pour out some harsh words in case if we speak directly to the seller. It is natural that, anybody under those circumstances cannot control their emotions. So, i believe that by way of writing our complaint we can very well control our emotions as well as express our ideas clearly.Even if we write our complaint harshly at the first time, there is a possibility that we might change our mood after sometimes, which eventually lead us to tear the letter and write a new one. Finally, none is going to be affected emotionally by our first letter.

when we submit or send a complaint in written form,it would be easier for the sellers to keep record of them. Moreover, if the buyer is very much interested in customer satisfaction, then he might use all the written compaints for his future reference too.By this way,he can also differentiate duplicate or worst products from the original ones, thereby improving his business too.

In conclusion, i believe that writing a complaint would be the best approach or way to show our dis-satisfaction towards a particular product or service.

Dear Charan,

Thanks for initiating this post. Despite, most of the facts you have mentioned are worth the salt , I am sorry for differing from your opinion.
I am of the kind that, I want to complete the assingnment as quickly as possible instead of entertaining something that lags the process.

Today's world is so quick. I can't imagine my life without having a mobile phone. In this bussiness world, there is almost equal number of customer support executives as product developers. Afterall, their main work is to attend the calls of the customers, most of the time it is from unhappy customers and cajole them. You know, the call centres are employing people soley for this purpose alone. The fact is crystal clear that, we need to to bear with the bitter emotions of the frustrated customer.

You opinion may suit the mechanical companies which are providing end user products. But, the customer care methodolgies are changing there also. Let us leverage the technologies and help
people get quicker soultions. I think in bussiness there is no room for emotions. This is my opinion.

By the way, Charan, are you an Indian? Your name looks so.

Thanks,
Samrat
