Good Morning Torsten,

I scored 9 out 10 in "Chit Chat: On the Phone" Test.

One more thing I want to add about the topic "Greeting expressions or "Well, hello!". It was really interesting topic to read. It is true that there are many ways to Greetings someone. However, according to me we should greet according to the places. Like, If we are in office, we could simply say "Good Morning/Afternoon etc....", if are with our friends we can not use such formal way to greet them. So as per my understand, Greeting should be based on the place you are in.

And yes, "You're Welcome" and "Don't mention it" is good to use in return of Thanks.

Looking forward to more such Test and topic.

Regards,
Taruna
