Good day to everyone! :) My name is Leo from Manila, Philippines and I have just joined the forum. I don't know why I have never been here before, but I have been looking for a forum like this for quite some time now. I'm sure glad to be here now. :D

Anyway, I am a communication skills trainer for a call center here and I am really hoping you guys will be able to help me out with regard to preparing modules and other ideas so that I will be able to come up with the best training module possible.

I will also share my ideas with everyone so I am looking forward to having a great discussion with you guys everyday! :D
