Neutral Accent

An accent is the manner in which an individual speaks a language. It's just a matter of learning. An accent that is understood by all in the international community, no matter who the listener is.

A neutral accent is more convenient, as it can be used to communicate with a client of any nationality.

It means the language is considered accent-free. Speaking a language accent free can help ease communication with people who didn't grow up speaking the language.
