Hello Phu Quy.
I am a Vietnamese too. I am living SaiGon.
I have just joined this website. I fell verry happy because i found lots of Vietnamese know this site and chat in this forum.
My English is not good. I always to improve it but may be i am not try my best.

The weather in HaNoi capital is too bad. I heard that it was rain 3 days more...
