I believe in good communication.
I happen to be a Spoken English Facilitator.
I reside inHyderabad and teach at a Call Center training School called THE ICASL SCHOOL.
Clarity and intonation in speech can take you a long way.
To be understood and to understand are the chief areas of concern in communication.
Most of us do have a lot of areas of weakness when we speak to others.
We are either weak in grammar, or in clarity of speech due to many reasons.
So why not try and over come these "tight spots" and become great communicators?
