Hello,

Can we use the term 'concrete' to express that something is as stiff as concrete, e.g. 'He had concrete arguments and no one could refute them.'?

'Concrete' in your example sentence is good and has another (though related) meaning: 'pertaining to or concerned with realities or actual instances rather than abstractions; particular (opposed to general): concrete ideas.' It does not and would not mean 'stiff' or 'inflexible'.
