Working for a company and communicating with the office from home is not a dream in the 21st century. Computer technology develops day by day and people use internet as a window to the world.

Nowadays, telecommuting is becoming more common and some people quit working in an office. Working from home and communicating with the office by a computer have some advantages and disadvantages. The biggest advantage is you don't have to obey the working hours. I mean you can start or finish at any time you want, and you can take a break when you want. Another advantage is you don't have to go to work in the morning, thus you won't encounter the traffic jam early in the morning. You won't see your boss everyday and you don't have to wear suit while working, instead you can work with your pijamas. There are some disadvantages of telecommuting, of course. First of all, if you are working in a high position in the office, you couldn't see your workers and you couldn't make an authority on them. Second, if you are working in factory, you couldn't see the products that your company make and you couldn't check the quality of the products with your eyes.

As being a human in this century, I prefer telecommuting. Free working hours, getting up any time and no traffic jam relieve the stress of living in this century. As a matter of fact, stress is the most important disease and it is the mother of some serious diseases.
